Mô tả việc làm
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
– Accountable for all activities in product development of product group from the construction drawing until the detail technical drawing of product in order to deliver a pass product within the right cost and lead-time.
– Taking the lead in consolidating all technical documents and communicating to customer.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
– Product development job:
+ Understand test standards, customer protocols and quality handbooks to have good construction drawing, agree with Quality about all relevant tests to be done to pass tests
+ Implement PDR, technical review TDR, FR review, Risk assessment to ensure quality of product
+ Review and approve the CT, TD drawing, ECR and ECO before issuing to related dept./group
+ Launch prototype, follow the tests results and find improvements solutions
+ Report and escalate critical issues to support/discussion/sharing idea/decision
+ Communicate effectively to TD’s customer (PM, IOC, Sale, Prod Unit) and TD’s groups (PPM, PTP, TDWS, PA team, cushion) for quick problem solving solution & suitable action to keep PFD/ETA’s commitment
+ Apply ECO follow ECO procedure
+ Together with related department, review and solve the problem in mass production
+ Study and support Production Units on technical issue and/or improvement of product
– Management job:
+ Manage and be responsible for product development, mass product and ECO
+ Control and keep ETA’s drawing on time
+ Develop Technical Engineers to improve their competences in process development, standardization, problem solving, decision making, CAD construction, Quality standard, FMEA, Poka Yoke, production process and communication skill
+ Together with TD planning, develop capacity and agree CT/TD drawing lead time
+ Lead the team to understand and follow the related SOP:
– SCI-PR-PM-01 Product development procedure
– SCI-WI-TD-01 Making Construction & Technical Drawing / interdepartmental numbering procedure.
– PR-TD-19 Sample / Prototype making procedure.
– SCI-WI-TD-03 Making Assembly Instruction
– SCI-PR-TD-03 ECO procedure.
– SCVN-PR-TD-24, FMEA for new product ptocedure.
– SCI-PR-TD-01 Hardware development procedure.
– Key Success Factors:
+ Products are deliver on time, passed all relevant tests with the target price TPTP.
+ Improve the first pass rate of prototype to first time accepted by customer & tested (status 15)
+ Measure, stabilize and improve development Lead-time (status 06 to 38) (existing hardware).
+ Measure and improve standardization rate for Profiles (alu, wood) steel, HW and Duraboard
+ Competences and way of working are developed to apply Scancom standards
+ Support other groups to develop better products based on material knowledge
+ Share best practices among TD team and other departments
+ Deliver cost saving saving projects on key top runner

– Tiền thưởng tháng lương thứ 13 vào dịp Tết âm lịch theo chính sách Công ty

– Qùa Trung thu cho các cháu nhỏ
– Hỗ trợ cơm giữa ca, cơm tăng ca miễn phí
– Đoàn viên Công đoàn được hỗ trợ hiếu hỉ, ốm đau, nằm viện và các chương trình khác theo chính sách của Công đoàn
=> Được Công ty hỗ trợ thêm 2.5% phí tham gia các loại bảo hiểm (1% BHXH, 0.5% BHYT, 1% BHTN) tương đương 109.000 đồng/tháng
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
* Must requirement:
– College/Bachelor Degree major in Mechanic or any of Technical field
– At least 05 years working experience in Technical field including R&D, Product Development, Mechanic, Engineering or Project Management
– At least 02 years in management position
– Knowledge of Technical software as CAD, Inventor, or Pro Engineer, or Mechanical Desktop
* Important requirement:
– Experience in Aluminum production or Furniture Development is advantage
– Strong leadership, good organization, motivation, honest, integrity and problem solving skill
– Good communication in English
– Strong experience with project management in a multi-project environment
