POSITION SUMMARY
The SE Specialist will be responsible execute strategy to action regarding to Safety & Security ensure meet Heineken Standard & Legal requireds to ensure that brewery is safe & security
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SAFETY:
To get involved in investigation, treatment and reporting in case of industrial accidents to avoid the accidents and violation of safety regulations.
To control audit safety program
Implement the risk base & Safety strategy into shopfloor
Back up of Safety & Security Manager
To care procedures, regulations of safety for the brewery as Heineken Compliance & Legal Requirement
To contribute to TPM, ISO system by being a safety pillar member
To train,support, coach, and promote about safety culture at shopfloor
SECURITY:
Close the Loop security objectives and priorities for the Production Unit
To make sure that security is/stays on the Leadership meeting meeting agenda
To Monitor performance and supervises the contracted security company or the proprietary guard force on site
To Monitor (progress of) drafting & implementation of security plans, procedures, protocols as PROSECO guideline
COMPLIANCE & LEGAL
To control of legal compliance about safety & security
To issue & report compliance & legal issues on the Leadership meeting agenda
To co-ordinate and supporting follow up validation of permit, licence of Safety & Security

University Degree in Engineering such as Mechanics/Electricity/Chemical/ Industrial Management … or labour safety etc.
2 years of working experience in safety security
Knowledge of TPM methodologies and tools is preferable.
Knowledge of Industrial safety.
Conversant in spoken and written English. Innovative initiative. Good presentattion skills.
Possess effective leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Good computer knowledge in Auto CAD or P&ID and Microsoft Office and other related software.
