* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
– Collecting, validating, and analyzing production data to ensure accuracy of BOM, material norms and operational cost.
– Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement actions to enhance productivity and cost competitiveness.
– Act as the bridge between production and finance teams to ensure real data reflects in cost reporting and strategic decisions.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
– Collect and verify actual data from production areas (output, cycle time, manpower, material usage, waste, downtime, etc.).
– Ensure all production inputs are recorded accurately and aligned with standard BOM and routing data.
– Identify abnormal data trends or discrepancies and report.
– Analyze variance between standard and actual data (time, yield, and material consumption, manpower).
– Support cost breakdown and variance analysis by process or product family.
– Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards for production and cost tracking.
– Work closely with Production, TD, and PPD to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization.
– Participate in improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen) to reduce waste, cycle time, and operational cost
– Follow up and verify improvement results after implementation
– Summarize analysis and improvement findings for review.
– Propose data-driven recommendations to support cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
– Assist in preparing cost and efficiency reports for management..
* WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
– Internal: All relevant departments
– External: CM (Contract Manufacturers) – when collecting or validating production data.
– Reporting:
+ Superior: Senior BOM controller
+ Subordinate: None

– Tiền thưởng tháng lương thứ 13 vào dịp Tết âm lịch theo chính sách Công ty
– Được tham gia du lịch, nghỉ mát hàng năm
– Qùa Trung thu cho các cháu nhỏ
– Hỗ trợ cơm giữa ca, cơm tăng ca miễn phí
– Đoàn viên Công đoàn được hỗ trợ hiếu hỉ, ốm đau, nằm viện và các chương trình khác theo chính sách của Công đoàn
=> Được Công ty hỗ trợ thêm 2.5% phí tham gia các loại bảo hiểm (1% BHXH, 0.5% BHYT, 1% BHTN) tương đương 109.000 đồng/tháng

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
* Must requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Management.
– 2–4 years of experience in furniture or multi-material manufacturing (metal, wood, plastic, or composite).
– Solid knowledge of product engineering, supply chain management (SCM), quality assurance, continuous improvement, and bill of materials (BOM).
– Understanding BOM structure, routing, and costing principles.
– Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, line balancing).
* Important requirement:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
– Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented in a manufacturing environment.
– Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks under high pressure.
– Good teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.
– High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and integrity
