Mô tả công việcManage the spare parts store and related activities in a safe manner.Lead to implement safety improvement activities, act immediately when unsafe behaviour occurs, stop unsafe behaviours and report high-risk activities and give feedback to the relevant people.Ensure critical spare parts (e.g. flowmeters, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, PLC) related to inspection machines or quality defects and master calibration tools have to be stored in the proper environment.Manage the spare parts store in accordance with the supply and inventory work processes (receiving, issuing, reconciliation and 5S).Manage & organise stock cycle counting following procedures and escalate to ly resolve discrepancies between physical stock and stock data.Cooperate and align with procurement and planning about required and to-be-ordered parts and services; i.e. proper executing of the supply work process.Cooperate with procurement team to ensure spare parts and services supplies are delivered OTIF and effectivelyManage coordination and alignment regarding handovers between the planning team and the maintenance execution team; both from handing over to execution and/or receiving returned materials from the execution team.Coordinate and align between maintenance planners and maintenance technicians; i.e. ensure proper spare segmentation and proper MRP (Material Resource Planning)-settings are in place and further reduce costs.Conduct Tagging if required or appropriate.Ensure that Spare Part Management reports and KPIs are monitored monthly on CMMS systems and SPM dashboardManage material catalogue and technical document systemCentralize manages asset drawings, documents, permits (licenses), warranties.Keep the spare parts stores well organized and clean through applying 5S methodology and using good visual management (VM).Manage the MRP data and ensure the settings are up to date.Manage the material catalogue data and ensure it is up to date.Manage the spare segmentation data and ensure it is up to date.Yêu cầu công việcReport to the Maintenance Team Leader.Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Technical field: Mechatronic or MechanicalAt least 3 years of experience in an electrical and mechanical warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility highly preferred.English proficiency: able to read and understand technical documents in English.Basic understanding of automotive parts and mechanical systems.Basic mathematical skills to develop and maintain invoices and inventories.Strong computer skills including MS-Office Applications (MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint).Implement digital & technology solutions to collect and manage spare parts master data (e.g. Maximo, BCS, PowerBI, Paperless…).Unique Selling PointsDependableEnthusiastic, dynamic and result oriented.Adaptable to new process / procedures.Ability to work as a team.Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.Good Communication Skills.Good knowledge of Technical spare part controlling (Store keeping).Quyền lợi được hưởngLaptop, Chế độ bảo hiểm, Đồng phục, Chăm sóc sức khỏe, Đào tạoThông tin khácThông tin cơ bảnĐịa điểm: Tiền GiangMức lương:Cạnh tranhHạn nộp hồ sơ: 21-03-2023Chức vụ: Nhân ViênHình thức: Nhân viên chính thứcKinh nghiệm: Trên 3 NămSố lượng: Đang Cập NhậtTrình độ: Đại HọcNộp hồ sơ liên hệ Heineken Việt NamNộp hồ sơ ngay
