Mô tả công việc:
Cooperate closely with planning/production team to determine the needs of materials/equipment/services.
Seek for sources of supply, asking quotation and negotiating for the most favorable price from qualified suppliers without unfairly prejudicing or favoring any suppliers.
Ensure that all purchasing activities are in line with company policies, procedures.
Follow up full process from purchase to pay.
Complete customs clearance for import goods.
Evaluate supplier/contractor performance and give feedback to suppliers for improvement.
Filling procurement documents.
Yêu cầu chung:
– University graduate (referabaly foreign trade, economic, finance).
– At least 2-year experience in field of procerement, import-export, project.
– Conversant with spoken and written English.
– Competent computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point).
