Job description:

Location: Long An / Tien Giang and required to travel for business to Binh Duong

Main responsibilities:

Auditing internal operation activity of Dragon-Fruit supply chain

Evaluation of the raw material quality

Development of Quality Control system

Functions:

Farm pre-harvest audit (following Global GAP, BRC and Export standards)

Harvest audit:

Hygiene

Quality of raw material

 Control on the production line:

Raw material

Fruit grading line

Fruit washing line

Vapor heat treatment line

Packing line

Loading

Reporting:

Quality reporting

Traceability reporting

Development:

Implement continuous improvement method

 

Education:  College

Experience: 1-year experience in the Quality or Agro department.

Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes:

Diligent careful and responsible

Autonomous

Base in English is mandatory
