MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Monitoring and maintaining all administration activities such as telephone system, mailing system, office equipment, utilities, the vehicles pool, transport & hotel, visa arrangement, visitors etc. to provide good services for users and the effective internal and external communication requirements.
– Order drinking water, stationery, outsourced labors as requests from Brewery Sections.
– Receive requests for goods procurement for particular events, work with Purchasing section to proceed.
– Evaluating all supplies for office requirements to ensure the cost efficiencies and the qualities of goods or services provided to the users.
– Controlling operational budgets to ensure all expenses and investments are used effectively.
– Following up with all services contracts, payment claims & following up overheads of Admin. Section to ensure these matters are done timely, accurately and efficiently.
– Check invoice and process for monthly payment for all outsourcing services: mail delivery, cleaning service, drinking water, air tickets, canteen service, water bill, electricity bill.
– Compile list of daily meals (for canteen) and handle any case. Check the quality of food and provided to employee
– Compile list of beer purchased by employees on a monthly basis.
– Organize company’s regular events: Happy hour, Year End Party, Sport Events, etc. Take care of logistics tasks.
– Other tasks as assigned by GM, BM.
YÊU CẦU
– University/College graduate
– Able to arrange and manage administrative tasks well.
– Conversant in spoken and written English.
– Good communication, interpersonal skills, planning skills, Office computer skills
– Honest, focus to details
