Key activities Safety and sustainability Ensure zero accident at workplace through: Regularly visit shopfloor to verify if HEINEKEN and local rules, standards and procedures are followed and reports Coach the team on safe and sustainable behaviours. Implement countermeasures or improvement to reduce and mitigate safety risks/nearmiss Inventory management Organise regular stock counts in line with HEINEKEN and legal requirements Perform root cause analysis if registered and actual stock levels are different and implement corrective measures. Accountable and responsible to translate the Traceability, FEFO, expire date and freshness policies into practical working instructions. Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing. Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS). Demonstrate the impact of low stock accuracy on business performance (cost, customer service, etc.) to management. Control Write-off product, do treatment OTIF Excellence in execution Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices. Well anticipate back order due to lack of stock & have response Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence stock accuracy Management reporting Maintaining and updating inventory records Control & verify GIN/GRN records between WH & PKG Analyse warehouse utilization & take improvement actions Warehouse planning Transfer stock between VBL-VBB OTIF, anticipate out of stock and take actions properly Optimise storage space layout based production and logistics characteristics. Ensure HEINEKEN quality standards are met by internal employees and by logistics service providers. Well control FEFO, block stocks Update NCF & take actions according to decisions Control Write-off product Initiate improvement actions to prevent quality issues and goods damages during transport. Perform traceability when needed Description / Guideline Qualifications Bachelor in Business or equivalent Experiences/skills 3 years in business, preferably logistics, manufaturing Other skills and languages: Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Powerpoint, Power BI) SAP or other ERP system, WMS if applicable.
